Mechanical Design- We have many years of experience in
mechanical design and packaging of electromechanical and electronic
assemblies. Our areas of expertise include stampings, sheet metal, die
castings, and plastic injection molding to name a few. We are very
familiar with the requirements of outdoor and harsh environment
applications.
Our designers work with Autocad, ProE and SolidWorks file formats.
Electrical & Electronic Design - The complexity of our
products varies from simple switching assemblies to sophisticated
microprocessor based control systems. Our electrical design and test
engineers are experienced in all of these product areas. We offer complete
circuit and P.C board design as well as software design. We work with many
types and manufacturers of microprocessors but most of our designs are
based on Microchip's PIC line of processors.
Testing - Between our in-house capability and local test
labs, we can provide complete qualification testing for new product
designs. When necessary this includes life cycling, vibration, shock,
temperature cycling, EMI and RFI. We also routinely certify products to UL
and FCC standards.
